Spice Launches Their Music Spice S-7

img_35731_spicess7.jpgSpice Mobiles, India, has launched a new Music Edition mobile phone that seems quite fully equipped. The S-7 is the latest edition to their range. It’s equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera that can double up as a web cam for your PC. The S-7 has a 2 inch display with 262k colors and a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels.

The good thing about this phone is that the S-7 supports Advanced Bluetooth i.e. A2DP so you can use a wireless Bluetooth headset for your music. It supports external memory with T-Flash cards up to 1GB. The S-7 can also be used as a modem and is Java enabled. Solar powered headset lets you talk indefinitely in direct sunlight

Sure, some gadgets will last through many hours of use, but with most you are limited to a significantly shorter time. It’s really nice that companies such as Iqua implementing alternative energy sources into their mobile products. Take their Sun Bluetooth headset for example.

Since many people use their headsets while in the car (where there is plenty of sunlight), this seems like the perfect solution. The headset is outfitted with a small solar panel which covers most of the unit. While in direct sunlight you can talk as long as you like without recharging. In indirect sunlight you’ll get an impressive 12 hours and in darkness you’ll still get 9 hours of talking out of it.

Facebook Offers $85 Million To Acquire Chinese Social Networking Site Zhanzuo.com

Facebook is said to have offered $85 million to acquire Zhanzuo.com, a Chinese social networking site with seven million users.

According to The Times, Jack Zhang, Zhanzuo’s chief executive, and Mark Zuckerberg have been discussing the deal but it has not been accepted yet, with a spokesperson saying that the result of the talks will be disclosed towards the end of the month.

The acquisition would give Facebook a base from which it can tap into the growth in what will soon be the worlds largest online marketplace by user numbers.

Motorola Announces Moto Q Phones

New Mobile Radiation Scare, Is your mobile safe?
