Indiagames to Distribute Glu Content
More on Indiagames! The company has partnered with Glu Mobile, global mobile game publisher, to exclusively distribute their wireless content catalogue in India.
As part of the agreement, Indiagames will exclusively distribute games, wallpapers and ring tones for several Glu titles, including Age of Empires III Mobile and Atari Legends 3, and classic games such as Pong, Asteroids Deluxe, Super Breakout, Brian Lara’s Cricket 2008, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Insaniquarium Deluxe, DC Comics, Kasparov Chess, Looney Tunes, and Zuma, among others.
Samir Bangara, chief operating officer of Indiagames, said, “Glu Mobile’s catalogue offers some of the most compelling content in the wireless VAS space with its sheer variety and engrossing high quality game play across genres.”
He said their partnership with Glu Mobile re-enforces their commitment to bringing the best quality mobile content to Indian consumers.
Meanwhile, Jill Braff, senior vice president (Global Publishing) of Glu Mobile, said, “Our partnership with Indiagames supports our strategy to bring our award-winning games to a wide audience of consumers around the world.”
Indiagames has distribution agreements with leading global mobile content publishers like Electronic Arts, I-Play, In-Fusio, Selatra, Taito, THQ Wirless and Warner Bros, to name a few.
